We will create both an Executive Summary document and a Business Plan that "sells" your new or emerging company so that it can acquire the seed, start-up or equity capital it needs to succeed.

Once you become a client of FUTID PRODUCTIONS, we:

• prepare a short Executive Summary document about your company aimed at interesting potential investors in your company;

• prepare a short but detailed Business Plan that has the sole purpose of "selling" your company to those potential investors;

• actively market your company to both private investors as well as venture capital firms. We have found from our experience that by carefully targeting our approach to specifically selected sources which have expressed interest in your industry, we can tailor your deal to the money available -- rather than artificially trying to fit your requirements into a rigorous set of rules that usually won’t apply to your situation; and

• prepare you for that all-important meeting with a funding source.

Your responsibilities are:

• to meet with us and provide accurate information about your business and management;

• to provide the necessary financials and projections required -- if you do not have an accountant, we will recommend several who are experienced in preparing projections for your consideration; and

• to be patient!! We never lollygag – but raising money takes time!

• Our primary goal is to get you in front of private equity sources whose investment criteria have already been matched to the needs of your company by us and who are interested in investing in your business from the documents we have provided to them.

• Using our experience, all of our clients are packaged and marketed to insure the best possible professional presentation to potential investors that possess the risk-mentality to invest their capital in start-up or early stage companies. To this end, you will be given every opportunity to approve the documents produced by us prior to our marketing efforts on your behalf.

• Our marketing efforts are on a non-exclusive basis – nothing prevents you from pursuing other avenues to obtain financing.

• We will keep all information disclosed to us about your business as strictly confidential. In fact, we do not even disclose the identity of any of our clients unless we have obtained their prior permission.

Raising capital requires some expenditure on your part. However, the fees for our professional services are primarily structured to come from monies raised on your behalf. After an initial down payment -- which is substantially less than most other firms charge and which covers our meetings with you and the creation of documents -- the remainder of our fees comes only out of monies raised from use of our documents. Thus, not only is your initial risk low, but we are highly motivated to obtain the best results. Please note that FUTID PRODUCTIONS usually will not accept stock for its fees.

FUTID PRODUCTIONS is mainly interested in the technology, telecom and entertainment marketplaces. However, we are always open to other industries if in our opinion your concept is sound and we believe in your potential.
